Hebrew courses

When we speak about Hebrew, we speak in fact of two languages – Biblical Hebrew and Modern Hebrew. The words had a surprising evolution as in the case of the Greek language so if somebody learns Modern Hebrew can understand easily enough the Biblical Hebrew.

Hebrew belongs to the group of Semitic languages, a group that also includes the Arabic.

The verb conjugation is made by gender and number and this could represent a difficulty for those learning a foreign language. Another difficulty would be that, except writing from the right to the left, the writing does not include the vowels that are represented by dots and lines.

You can follow courses of Hebrew language at Echo Center of Foreign Languages.
