Needs analysis

Our staff will conduct an initial assessment to evaluate the existing skills of the participants and their needs. We agree a course programme to suit the client's personal work pattern and goals.

The course can encompass typical job specific scenarios such as:

• face to face business and social contact with the customer
• simulated telephone negotiations
• common phraseology encountered during the daily course of business

Finally we will recommend the number of hours required to meet goals. The costs do not include the textbooks that will be purchased separately.
